Mami Cosmetics is a skincare brand designed for Gen Zs who are starting out their self-care journey.
An existing brand, STRE was assigned to execute a complete rebrand for Mami Cosmetics—starting from conducting market research and interviews to giving the brand a new Brand Identity (including a new logo design).
As long-term guardians of the brand, STRE has also developed product names, packaging designs, seeding box designs, photoshoot direction, events strategy, and KOLs strategy.
THE ASK
An existing brand, Mami Cosmetics’ business strategy in 2025 was to rebrand to ultimately have a greater market presence in Thailand’s competitive skincare industry. With ambitious plans for the brand, Mami Cosmetics wanted to do a complete overhaul of its brand strategy and identity—to ensure that its new chapter will truly resonate with desired target audience.
OUR SOLUTION
After conducting market research and consumer interviews with real product trials, STRE identified the target audience and brand direction for Mami’s rebrand. Building a completely new brand strategy based on the research findings and insights, the brand identity was created to reflect’s Mami’s new concept of creating feel-good skincare rituals for Gen Zs that focus on innovative ingredients.

As long-term Brand Guardians for Mami, to ensure that all of the brand’s products reinforce the brand story, STRE also created the product naming strategy and architecture, product names, and packaging design for all of the brand’s new products.
To support Mami’s ongoing marketing executions, STRE has also developed the strategy for brand experiences, events, social media content, and KOLs—all rooted in the brand strategy we created to ensure a cohesive experience that consistently amplifies the core soul of Mami.
