Rebrand when the brand stops matching the business.

New products, a new audience, a new owner, or an identity that was never designed to scale. Most rebrands fail by throwing away what customers recognise. We start by finding out what that is.

How a rebrand is built

Strategy and audit first, always. Then identity, as deep as the problem needs.

Stage 1 · Strategy & audit

Brand audit
what customers value, what they ignore
Strategy & story
new positioning, personality, voice

Stage 2 · Identity

Logo & colour update
modernise, keep recognition
Typography & system
one look across every touchpoint
Identity redesign
logo, system, key applications

Stage 3 · Full rebuild, if needed

New name if needed
see brand naming
Identity & packaging
the full system, every product

Stage 4 · After launch

Roll-out & guardianship
launch plan, then we keep it consistent

More refresh and rebuild work

How we work

  1. 01

    Audit

Customer interviews, sales data and every current touchpoint. What is working, what is not.

  2. 02

    Decide

Keep, fix, replace: a one-page plan agreed before any design starts.

  3. 03

    Redesign

Strategy, identity, packaging, as deep as the plan says and no deeper.

  4. 04

    Roll out

Announcement, staff, signage, social and packaging changeover in a sequence that avoids a dead period.

Rebranding questions

How do we know we need a rebrand?

When the brand no longer matches the product, the price or the audience. If customers describe you differently from how you describe yourself, that is the signal.

Will we lose existing customers?

Not if you keep what they recognise. The audit tells us what that is, usually a colour, a symbol or the name, and the new brand is built around it.

How long does a rebrand take?

A refresh takes a few weeks. A full reposition takes one to two months, plus the roll-out. Strategy and audit always come first.

How much does a rebrand cost?

It depends on how deep the rebrand goes. See the branding cost guide for the packages, or ask for a quote.

Do you handle the roll-out?

Yes: announcement, social, signage and packaging changeover, in a sequence we plan with you. After launch we can stay on as Brand Guardians.
