Who we are
This privacy policy explains how STRE Brand Group Co., Ltd. ("STRE", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit www.strebrand.com, contact us, or work with us. We are the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the "PDPA").

What data we collect
We collect personal data in the following situations.
When you send a form on this site
Our contact forms ask for your name, email address, what you need, your budget range, how you found us, and a message. Email is the only required field. The forms are protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and may process your IP address.
When you use the chat on this site
The chat runs on HubSpot and only starts when you tap "Chat". It asks for your name and email before the conversation so we can reply if you leave the page, and may ask what you need and your budget range. We keep the chat transcript. HubSpot also records technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you visited on our site while the chat is loaded.
When you contact us on LINE, by email or by phone
We receive the details you share, such as your name, LINE display name and profile picture, email address, phone number, and the content of your messages. LINE conversations are also subject to LINE's own privacy policy.
When you become a client
We collect what is needed to run the project and invoice you: company name and address, tax identification number, the names and contact details of the people we work with, and project material.
Automatically, when you browse the site
- Analytics data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and events such as a form being sent or the chat being opened. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
- A Google advertising measurement cookie, only if you accept marketing cookies.
- Server and security logs kept by our hosting provider, Webflow, and by Cloudflare.
- When the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, your browser sends your IP address to Google.
What happens if you don't give us data
Email is the only required field on our forms, and the chat asks for your email so we can reply. Without it we cannot answer your enquiry. Nothing else is mandatory. For client projects, the details needed for a contract and an invoice are required by law.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use four kinds. Only the necessary ones are set before you choose. The banner on your first visit asks about the rest, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again.
- Necessary: remember your cookie choice (12 months) and protect our forms from bots (Cloudflare). Always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics measures which pages are read and how people arrive at the site. Set only if you accept. Kept for up to 2 years.
- Marketing: a Google cookie that measures whether an advert led to an enquiry. Set only if you accept. Kept for 90 days.
- Chat: HubSpot cookies that keep your conversation open and recognise you if you come back. Set only when you tap "Chat", which we treat as your consent for that purpose. Kept for up to 6 months.
Each cookie choice is recorded as a timestamped event in Google Analytics so we can show that consent was given. Blocking cookies in your browser settings may stop the forms or the chat from working.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell personal data.
Who we share data with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf. They can only use your data to provide their service to us.

We may also share data with our accountants, lawyers and other professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. If STRE is sold or merged, your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.
Transfers outside Thailand
Some of the providers above process data in the United States and Japan. Where the destination country has not been recognised as having adequate data protection, we rely on the provider's contractual data protection commitments and, where needed, on the exceptions in section 28 of the PDPA, including your consent and the necessity of the transfer to respond to your request or perform a contract with you.
How long we keep data

Your rights
Under the PDPA you can:
- Ask for access to your personal data and a copy of it
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data
- Object to our use of your data
- Receive your data in a machine-readable format, or ask us to send it to another controller, where technically possible
- Withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it. For cookies, use "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand if you believe we have breached the PDPA
To exercise a right, email info@strebrand.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and client data is limited to the STRE team members who need it. Our providers hold recognised security certifications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the PDPC of a data breach where the law requires it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The site links to LINE, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Clutch and other sites we do not control. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.

เราเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในกรณีต่อไปนี้
เมื่อคุณส่งแบบฟอร์มบนเว็บไซต์

Cookies

การโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

สิทธิของคุณ

- ขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
- ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลของคุณ
- คัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูลของคุณ
- ขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ด้วยเครื่อง หรือขอให้ส่งข้อมูลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น หากทำได้ทางเทคนิค
- ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่เกิดขึ้นก่อนการถอนความยินยอม สำหรับ cookies ใช้ "ตั้งค่า cookies" ที่ท้ายหน้าเว็บ

ความปลอดภัย
